Mosets Tree 2.1.8 Directory new update

Changes:

* Kinabalu: Increase the size of com_contact message textarea.
* Removed additional usage of eregi which has been deprecated as of PHP 5.3
* Fixed a bug where taggable links does not contain Itemid.
* Fixed a bug that fails to prevent users from overwriting another user's listings.
* Fixed a bug where it is possible to overwrite to a read-only field in front-end.
